1. NTCFRUITS Shop allows you to exchange/return goods in the following cases

– Purchased products are defective or expired:

Please check the product before payment. In case the product is defective due to the manufacturer, or damaged during transportation that affects the appearance and features of the product, please refuse to accept the goods and return the product to us. .

– The product cannot be used immediately upon delivery:

Please read the instruction manual carefully and make sure the product suits your needs. You can contact the Shop for instructions on how to use the product. In case the product does not meet your needs, please feedback to the Shop and return the product to us.

– Products delivered do not comply with the order:

If the product delivered does not match the order you placed, please contact the Shop to reconfirm the order. In case the error is due to an error from the store, the Shop will exchange/return the product to you.

Time to request exchange/return: within 24 hours of receiving the goods and must immediately call us at the hotline to confirm return and exchange.
